BASIC CHECKING ACCOUNT
  
Monthly service charge $4.00 plus 25 cents for each debit item.
Debit items include withdrawals, check paid, auto transfer,
or payment out of account.  The calculated service charge will
be credited 20 cents for each $100 average daily balance maintained.
No charges will be assessed if there are no debit items for the
current statement cycle.
