Joe A. Anderson

Army Air Force  - Word War II

 

            Joe A. Anderson was born in Wynne, AR, the son of  Homer Andre and Anna Belle Williams Anderson.   He had one brother, Billy Jack, and one sister, Betty Jean.

            He lived in Cross Co. his entire life except when he served his country during World War II in the Army Air Force.   He returned as a Foreman at Eaton Yale Hoist Manufacturing Company.   He attended the Cherry Valley School District.

            Joe married Wrennie Lee Walls and they had one daughter, Charlotte.

            Joe A. Anderson died, 4 September 2008, and was survived by his wife second wife, Bessie Mae Brawner Anderson, and two sons, Danny Joe and Andrew Keith, a step son, Larry Dearing, three daughters, Debra Faye, Kathy Sue and Sheris LaNan, two step daughters, Sandra K. and Lynda Gail, and one sister, Mardell.

            He was buried in McElroy Cemetery.
