            David Gahr was born 11 January 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of John and Mable Gahr.    He was a retired master plumber.    David was a 1960 graduate of Wynne High School, Wynne, Arkansas, and served in the U.S. Air Force and National Guard for 42 years.

            He had seven sisters: Mable, Teresa, Sharon, Davya, Christy, Shirley and Ann, and two brothers, Joe and Gerald.

            David Gahr died 9 May 2006 and was buried in Cogbill Cemetery, Wynne, Arkansas.
