            Troy Lindsey Scott was born 14 June 1927 in Wynne, Arkansas, the son of Virgil and Alberta Boone Scott.   He lived most of his life in Cross and St. Francis counties.    He was a veteran of the Navy and a fisherman.

            He had three sons Bobby, Jimmy and Terry; three daughters, Brenda, Linda and Lisa; one stepdaughter Teresa Brannon and had two sisters Bobbie and Peggy.

            Troy Lindsey Scott died 9 April 2003 and was buried at Harris Chapel Cemetery near Wynne.
